    So thankful I found this! I love sleep again.

    I've been on Dukes shakes with the addition of the sleep. Hot Chocolate for two weeks now and my sleep has improved phenomenally. My leg cramping has eased at night. And. It replaces the red wine that I used to drink before bed.

    I love this product I have just purchased 2 more, it really does help me sleep, I have insomnia and menopausal, I was sceptical but after using it for 1 month the benefits have been wonderful just a peaceful restful sleep, a must try if sleep has not been good 😊
