Refund Policy

Duke Weight Loss Pty Ltd does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or flavour preferences.

If you received any damaged items in your delivery, please notify us within 7 days at hello@dukesweightloss.com.au with your order number and a full description.

Once an order has been placed, it can’t be cancelled. We do not cancel subscriptions on a customer’s behalf. However, customers have access to an online account portal at any time, where they can easily manage their subscription in just a few simple steps.
